You will do a technology analysis using carefully selected methods and tools from the course for the major technologies that make your company or organization competitive and drive its innovations (PowerZone™) and key new and emerging technologies that have significant potential to drive the future of your market/industry/sector. The paper is will due on Jan 15, 2017.
The paper shall:
•Be addressed to your “CTO” or equivalent
•Short executive summary with key issues and conclusions
•Show analysis of current technologies
•Identify and analyze key new technologies
•Make strategic actionable (!) recommendations for management of these technologies (monitor, invest, alliances, acquisition, etc.)
•Between 6 to 8 pages with appendices as needed
