Cycle Dependency:
- SQL server doesn't allow cycle dependency, So you have two ways to work around it (choose any one of them)
- Make intermediate table
- Make the check in the application instead of FK action rule.
- Those solution should be done for cycle dependency other foreign key should have their normal action rules.

Please submit a zip file named with your team Number for example, Team1.zip
The zip file should contain the following
1. your code
2. db related files (scripts and exported db)
3. ReadMe.txt with your team information and instructions to use your code and db.
4. Schema
5. ER
6. Proposal
